Four decades in Brazil

Liebherr Brasil Ltda. in Guaratinguetá, Brazil, recently celebrated its 40th anniversary. The company was founded in 1974, and manufactures products including tower cranes, mining excavators, ship cranes and truck mixers. As well as this, Liebherr Brasil Ltda. is responsible for the sales and service activities of the Liebherr group in Brazil.

The two-day festivities began with an official anniversary celebration attended by around 400 guests, including customers, partners and politicians. The visitors then had the opportunity to visit the production facilities and view numerous exhibits and demonstrations on the factory site. As well as this, there were tours of the plant of Liebherr Aerospace Brasil Ltda., the other Liebherr company in Guaratinguetá. This company manufactures products including parts and components for the aviation industry.

On the second day, staff of both companies were invited along with their families. On that day, a total of 4500 visitors celebrated the 40th anniversary of Liebherr in Brazil.
