HELI Super High Mast and Stability Testbed Pass Validation

Recently, HELI Technology Center Forklift Truck Attachment Institute has received a special order request for super high mast with 8 meters lifting height. There is no precedent for such high mast in domestic forklift industry. Facing the challenge, HELI research personnel successfully completed the truck design and assembly, and passed the four stability verification.

The stability testbed was redesigned and made according to relevant standards by HELI New Technology Institute, with large use area, large load capacity, good lifting stability, high accuracy, good safty and easy operation, meeting the stability test requirements of 1-10t various models of forklift trucks.

Verified by test, the stability testing datas of the special mast have met the design requirements. The first tests both of the testbed and the super mast all achieved success.
