Metso published its online Annual Report for 2012 in English today at www.metso.com/2012. The Annual Review and Financial Statements for 2012 in Finnish and English have been published in pdf format at www.metso.com/reports.

The printed Annual Review and Financial Statements will be available in Finnish and English during the week of March 25 at the latest and can be ordered through www.metso.com/subscriptions.

Metso has also issued its Corporate Governance Statement for 2012 today. This has been prepared in accordance with the recommendations of the Finnish Corporate Governance Code and is available as a pdf document at www.metso.com/governance.
