Ingersoll Rand India honored as ‘Dream Employer of the Year’

ngersoll Rand India recently bested 440 other companies and was named “Dream Employer of the Year” and collected three other top awards as part of the Talent & HR Leadership Awards organized by the World HRD Congress 2013, a leading Human Resources association and ET Now, a leading business news channel. The Awards were held in Mumbai, India, from Feb. 15 to 17. 

Ingersoll Rand India was ranked as the No. 1 ‘Dream Employer of the Year’ in the Manufacturing industry and No. 4 overall across industries in India. Others in the top five were Unilever, (No. 1); Infosys (2); Novartis (No. 3); and Ernst & Young (5). The company also received Awards in other categories including:

•Best Talent Management Strategy
•Learning & Talent Initiatives Excellence
•Organization with the Most Innovative HR Practices

Jayantika Dave, vice president Human Resources, Ingersoll Rand India, said the India Human Resources team submitted detailed applications for these awards and did a live presentation for the “Dream Employer of the Year” award to a jury of 60 Human Resources and business leaders.
