From September 1st to 5th , 2011, the first ’China-Asia-Europe Expo‘ was held in Xinjiang International Exhibition Center. With higher standard, larger scale, wider impact, the success of this China-Asia-Europe Expo is the inheritance and sublimation of the 19th Urumqi Fair, predecessor of Asia-Europe Fair. Including Urumqi Fair, it is the fifth participation of XCMG in the Asia-Europe Fair. On this exhibition, XCMG elaborately prepares excellent products for all exhibit areas, and highlights benefits on the complete sets of large-scale enterprise group, with the ability to provide users with overall solutions for engineering construction such as lifting, road construction, road maintenance, transportation and excavation of earthwork, pumping and transportation of concrete, etc.
Machineries of XCMG have become a strong booster for the construction and development of Xinjiang. Meanwhile, thanks to good radiate ability of Xinjiang, products of XCMG have a high market share in countries and regions of Central Asian. In the first year of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", Xinjiang will speed up the infrastructure construction of railways, highways, civil aviation, electric power, etc., and plan to complete major construction projects with investment of US$ 2.35 billion. On August 4, , XCMG and the Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone (Toutunhe) signed Xinjiang XCMG equipment manufacturing base project investment agreement at Horgos Port in Xinjiang. Covering an area of 867 square meters, with total investments of US $ 391.5 million, the project will produce earthwork machinery, concrete machinery, construction machinery and other products, with estimated annual production value of US $ 939.6 million. After completion, the project will become the R&D, manufacturing and sales center for XCMG in northwest provinces and the Central Asian countries, and will also contribute to the development of Xinjiang's economy.
At present, XCMG is striding forward to the company objective "US$31.32 billion Yuan, internationalization and world-class".
