RMB-20-mln Worth of Equipment Delivered to Southeast Asia

A batch of Sany equipment worth more than 20 million RMB will soon be delivered to Southeast Asia in support to the local infrastructure constructions. Meanwhile, a client in Southeast Asia sent eight of its engineers and operators to Sany Headquarters for training.

At the Sany Academy, the reporter met in person the eight Southeast Asian friends who looked not much different from ordinary Chinese people apart from their somewhat darker skin. When told of an imminent interview, they appeared a little nervous. Mr. Lai, an improvised interpreter, told the reporter that their company had purchased nearly all the major product lines of Sany including pumping machinery, road construction machinery, excavating machinery, and hoisting machinery. Sany's quality products with excellent performance have won their trust.

Mr. Lai said they planned to stay here for slightly over two weeks mainly for product training and first-hand experience of Sany's corporate culture. Except for Mr. Lai, the other seven members of this small team were only able to speak their vernaculars in addition to some survival English, but very fluent counting one to ten in Chinese. When asked if they had any trouble living here, they talked to each other for a few seconds before answering through Mr. Lai that they enjoyed the living conditions here which were way better than in their homeland but dishes served in the canteen were simply too spicy to them.

No one of course is to be blamed as Hunan cuisine is favored by most Chinese people for being spicy! After giving some light-hearted explanations, the staff of Sany International Company in charge of the ongoing training said they would see to it that foreign trainees have their meals done separately.
