The Global Training Program for SANY’s Dealers

Raja Kumar, the crane dealer in Kuwait said in his letter to SANY that “I am very grateful to the training program you’ve provided and I hope that there will be another one like this in the future.”

On October 17, the eight-day period of dealer training for SANY’s companies in the Middle East region came to an end. During the program, the headquarters of the international business planning provided all-round training course for the crane dealer in Kuwait and port machinery dealer in Saudi Arabia.

With the experience of program in Australia and South Africa, the headquarters of the international business planning, after doing many researches, realized what the dealers really should be trained on. In order to ensure the success of the program, they arranged more reasonable courses based on the needs of the dealers and provided better training materials, beautifully designed teaching materials and books with pictures. The Training effect is far better than expected.

In the early 2012, the headquarters of the international business planning decided to arrange a dealer training project for SANY’s companies around the world and send professional trainers abroad to train dealers of important products in areas of importance to SANY. There have been 7 training programs with over 90 employees having been trained. As the training programs provided the courses that most dealers needed, they have improved their service quality and thus made customers more satisfied.

The next training program will take place in Asia Pacific Region where the sales volume is increasing rapidly and the employees have not received any training.
