SANY CSA Holds 2014 Spring Dealer Service Training

SANY Central and Southern Africa (SANY CSA) organized its first dealer service training program in February, and attracted 19 engineers from six dealer companies to take part in.

The training aims to improve trainees’ technical competence in SANY’s road machine, excavator, mobile crane and port machines from theory study and practices.

Wang Zuochun, Director of SANY Group attended the opening ceremony and gave a speech on SANY’s globalization strategy. Heads of R&D Institutes and Marketing Departments also joined in the training and had group discussions with trainees about product localization, modification and marketing.

“After spending two weeks in China, I’ve learned a lot about the machines. Also I’m impressed about the modernized workshops and nice people here. Thanks for the opportunity,” said Keith from South Africa.

We have reasons to believe that the training program brings SANY and its dealers closer, and more such programs are expected to be held in the future.
