SANY Road Machinery: Be the Most Responsible Leader

SANY achieved growth despite ailing market with a 30% growth as compared to the same period last year from January to August. The exports also grew by 50%.

When asked by the journalist about how did SANY Road Machinery deal with the current market situation, Xie Zhixia, the Chairman of the enterprise answered with an appropriate metaphor: ‘Though the construction machinery industry is now encountering a harsh winter, SANY Road Machinery was not hibernating, but is winter swimming’.

Xie Zhixia also claimed with great confidence that ‘The prosperity of SANY Road Machinery is to become the most responsible leader in the field of road construction.’

This was not blind confidence of Mr. Xie. SANY Road Machinery achieved growth this year despite the bleak market situation across the entire industry. It realized a growth of 30% as compared to the same period last year from January to August and a growth of 50% in its exports. Products of SANY Road Machinery have been highly recognized in the market. This recognition is inseparable from SANY Road Machinery’s business model and philosophy in recent years.

In 2012, SANY Road Machinery launched the first mechanical grader and gearbox in China. At that time, SANY Road Machinery employed top experts in the gear industry form China, the US and Japan. It took four years of the elites’ teamwork to successfully develop the gearbox technology and put it into mass production. From this we can tell the great difficulty of developing the technology. The Japanese expert appraised that the high standard of the gearbox produced by SANY was comparable to that of global giant brands in this field.

Moreover, SANY also employed manipulators from the US and Brazil to compare the SANY graders with the products of international giant brands. Through practical operation, the manipulators found that SANY graders are powerful and highly efficient in construction processes. They are comparable to the products of international great brands.

The relentless pursuit of product quality also brought SANY Road Machinery considerable returns. In the Bauma Germany 2013, the National Road System of Zimbabwe purchased near a hundred sets of SANY graders. Mr Mughal, the president of Zimbabwe and a number of ministers also attended the hand-over ceremony of the first batch of products. After using the SANY graders, the leaders of Zimbabwe Road Systems gave a high appraisal to the reliability of the graders and praised that it was the most successful overseas purchase by Zimbabwe so far.

Currently SANY graders is selling hot in the overseas market with the sale rising steadily in Australia, South America, Southeast Asia, South Africa, etc.
