X-shaped Expansion Outrigger Structure: Convenient, Highly Adaptive to Working Condition
All of SANY's new pump trucks have adopted X-shaped expansion outrigger structure, which is simple, easy to repair, balanced in weight distribution, and capable of single-sided support. If compared with traditional swing outrigger, which has to be rotated to desired supporting position, X-outrigger only needs to move linearly to the desired position thanks to its inherited structural advantages, apparently a big save in space for outrigger actions.
Single-sided Support Function: Adaptive to Narrow Worksites
When in operation, a traditional pump truck needs to extend all its four outriggers to ensure the vehicle's stability, but a SANY pump truck with single-sided support function is able to adjust outrigger positions according to worksite situations, and the space saved thereof is wide enough to pass another vehicle. This feature effectively enhances the worksite adaptability of pump truck, reduces footprint of the entire vehicle, and meets requirement of narrower worksites.
Tilting-proof Control Technologies: Improved Safety
Through real-time control of pump truck status under different working conditions as well as analysis on leading reasons behind pump truck tilting accidents such as mal-operations and surface caving, SANY R&D engineers developed a tilting-proof technology designed to automatically analyze and judge possibilities for a pump truck to tilt, to trigger alarms in time, and to limit the range of arm actions. This technology improves worksite safety and intellectualization, thus adding to clients' confidence.
The electronic level meter and pressure sensors installed in the device can perform real-time measuring of a pump truck's tilting condition and changes therein; in case the vertical tilting exceeds 5 degrees, or horizontal tilting exceeds 3 degrees, or tilting level of a pump truck in action changes fast, it automatically triggers alarms, and limit the range of arm actions. It also tests pressure distribution on each outrigger in real time, and automatically triggers alarms, and limits the range of arm actions in case the there is no pressure reading from any two of these outrigger.
SYMC Special Control System: Convenient and Efficient
If compared with traditional PLC control systems, the SYMC control system features simpler wiring, enhanced overall reliability, and much easier to repair. Its control interface is more friendly, more resistant to disturbance, quicker in computing, adaptable to a temperature range of -20°C~+70°C in its working environment, and more water- and dust-proof. With failure rate reduced by 80 percent, it brings about an all-new experience to its clients.
With the exclusive and patented technology for automatic switch between high and low pressures, users can shift the pressures as they like by touching a single button. This technology effectively enhances pumping pressure.
Arm Vibration Reduction Technology: High Stability
Developers integrated advanced known-how in disciplines of multi-object system dynamics, cybernetics, hydrodynamics, and adopted research solutions that combines technologies in mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, and controls. Through control devices containing internationally patented technologies, SANY managed to solve arm vibration, a problem that had puzzled the entire industry for so long, which not only improve comfort of arm operators through a reduction of 65 percent in arm vibration, or less than 200-mm amplitude, but also relieves pulses of arm stress, enhancing concrete placement stability and arm service life.
Intellectual Arm Control Technology: Easier Operations
Intellectual arm control technology implies the theories of modern robotics to directly control tracks of hose moving. More importantly it can identify the most ideal pumping pressure for arms under different working conditions, prolonging service life. The operator only needs to push the joystick on the controller to move the host either horizontally along a straight or camber line, or vertically. The arm can literally move in any directions as the intellectual controller wants it to.
Computerized Energy Saving and Control Technology: Economy
While at work, the operator may push around the joystick to fine tune pumping volume according to different concrete grade or targets of placement to meet pertinent requirements; a computerized control system may automatically manipulate the chassis diesel engine and the variable discharge pump in line with pumping loads, so that the entire system is able stay in the most energy-efficient status without compromising job standards. This technology further reduces diesel engines' fuel consumption as well as their tail gas emission. According to authoritative institutions for appraisal, the truck's average energy consumption can be lowered by 20 percent, an extra saving for its clients.
