SANY Group Named as Most Respected Listed Company

Governance (GCG) module exclusively researched and developed by the World Finance Lab. In principle, the module delvJointly sponsored by the World Executive Group, World Entrepreneur magazine and World Finance Lab, the annual 2007 selection of China's Top 100 Most Respected Listed Companies unveiled the result recently, announcing that the SANY Group, China's leading construction machinery manufacturer, was included on the list.

The selection was based on the Global Corporate es into the theory and practice of corporate governance and produces a systematic and objective evaluation on governance structure and performance of China's listed companies in the form of multiple indices. Covering five dimensions of stockholders' equity, equity structure, board of directors, payment structure and information exposure, the whole evaluation system includes 5 primary indices, 20 secondary indices and 98 tertiary indices.

The fact that SANY was named the most respected company will greatly help lift the brand image and assist the Chinese construction machinery industry in participating in international competition.
