SANY at Bauma China 2012

On Nov. 27th, Bauma China 2012 was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As the largest exhibitor, SANY broke the record with 51 products displayed at the show. Meanwhile, the launch of a series of SANY’s new products stunned the audience and greatly boosted the market confidence.

The Total Sales Amount to 1.2 Billion RMB
By the end of the 3-day show on Nov. 30th, SANY had realized sales of 1.2 billion RMB and received intent orders worth 600 million RMB.
 

Zhao Hui, who directed SANY’s exhibition at Bauma China, introduced that SANY’s crane, excavator, and pump truck are largely sold, especially the 86m pump truck which was sold on the site. Moreover, the overseas customers had showed great interest in SANY’s products, among which the customers from Southeast Asia had made purchases of SANY’s products for 120 million RMB.

It’s worth mentioning that SANY had received orders worth 600 million RMB for cranes in the first day of the show.

SANY’s Newly Launched Products Were Most Attractive
At Bauma China, SANY launched a series of new lifting machines, which ranked first in the number of its new products at the show. Among them, the articulated-boom truck-mounted crane developed together by SANY and Palfinger AG which adopted the newest design, as well as the 12T truck-mounted stiff boom crane were especially eye-catching.

Wind turbine crane SSC1020,as SANY’s first product developed for the wind power market, had attracted great attention at the show. This product can lift an 80t wind turbine cabin up to a height of 85m, which showed its outstanding lifting performance.

In addition, SANY’s new-launched concrete mixing plant HZS180, fed on materials by the world's first counter-weighted hoist, can save over 30% energy and 30% covering area. It has again led the industry trend.

Although port Machinery is a rising star among SANY’s products, it has enjoyed a rapid development in recent years. At the show, SANY’s Port Machinery BU launched the new counter balanced fork lift truck SCP300C. The new product is featured by new appearance, easy maintenance and stable performance, etc.

Other two new road machines displayed on the show - asphalt paver SMP165C and roller SSR360– were much expected by customers and industry experts. It’s introduced that the paving width of SMP165C is up to 16m and the compacting weight of SSR360 is more than 36t, both setting records in China.

The Performance of 86m Pump Truck Making A Deal Done On Site
On Nov.28, SANY’s 86m pump truck was laterally stretched its boom, the length of which equaled to a 100m track.
 

As the machine started, following a whistle, the concrete were spurted out from the pipeline on the 86m boom.

Then, under operation, the 86m pump truck flexibly lifted its 7-part-boom and then turned to the nearby construction site for concrete pouring.

"There is no vibration on the boom, and the noise is also very small." Mr. Zhang, a customer from Shanghai, was quite impressed by its performance.

On seeing the outstanding performance of 86m pump truck, chairman of Shanxi Hengtai Co., Ltd Song Jianrong decided on the spot to purchase one. It has been introduced that the SANY’s 86m pump truck is still the records holder of the longest delivery distance of 82m and the largest delivery volume of 240m³/h.

Putzmeister Shanghai Realizing Year-On-Year Growth
“By November 2012, Putzmeister Shanghai has realized its year-on-year growth. It also launched M5X series in this year, which have won wide recognition in the market.” At Bauma China, the reporter was informed, since SANY’s acquisition of Putzmeister, Putzmeister Shanghai has always adhered to the dual-brand strategy, which has achieved good results.

Moreover, Bart, the R&D director of SANY Germany, and those who are in charge of SANY’s four BUs signed an agreement to work together to develop 12 new products tailored for the European market.

According to Bart, the agreement has already been discussed early this year. At last, it has been decided to develop 12 new products including excavator, port machinery, crawler crane, road machinery.

“SANY Style” Showing “Internationality”
In SANY’s indoor exhibition area, a dancing video on the screen attracted a customer from Shangdong Province named Wang Luyong. He pointed to the screen, and people soon found that it was “SANY Style” - SANY’s version of a popular video “Gangnam Style”.

In the MV, backgrounded with SANY Industrial Park, SANY’s staff played an interesting “SANY Style” show. The funny looks and sexy dance in the video amused the audience greatly.
