-Germany experts' evaluation of SANY's bitumen-cement mortar mixer  

Recently, German company Max-boegl that has absolute authority in bitumen-cement mortar mixer field indicates it will abandon its own products and purchase SANY's new model foamless bitumen-cement mortar mixer to support the construction project in Turkey.

This information is highly considered by China railway construction system. Furthermore, China Ministry of Railway and Science & Technology even the whole railway construction system are inspired by the news that SANY's foamless bitumen-cement mortar mixer performed very well at the construction site of high-speed railway from Beijing to Tianjin that is key project of China Railway Ministry.

On June 22nd of 2007, the delegation composed of leaders and experts from China Railway Ministry, China Ministry of Science & Technology, China Patent Bureau, China Communications Construction Company, China Railway Engineering Group, China Railway Construction Corporation and 27 bureaus of China Railway Group visited SANY to realize the R & D process and performance of foamless bitumen-cement mortar mixer, and to view its on-site work.

The executive vice dean of SANY's mixing equipments academe, Huang Xiangyang introduces that former mixer would produce lots of foam when mixing bitumen-cement mortar, therefore expensive defoamers should be applied. Now defoamers have no market anymore after using SANY's foamless bitumen-cement mortar mixer, which would decrease running cost significantly. At the same time, the bonding intensify of track slab increased greatly so as to improve physical performance of the track, which is exactly the premier feature of SANY's foamless bitumen-cement mortar mixer.
 

The vice general engineer of 2nd branch of China Railway Group, Cheng Shuquan viewed the whole perfusion process of bitumen-cement mortar by SANY's foamless bitumen-cement mortar mixer. He said that the largest mixing volume of SANY's equipment amounts to 700L, it is able to meet the perfusion requirements of a super-high Boger Slab. The production efficiency, measure accuracy and stable performance have already overwhelmed the counterparts of German Max Bogel Company. The high-speed rail track made by SANY's bitumen-cement mortar mixer could absolutely guarantee the train travel at a speed of over 300 km/h.

It is reported that SANY's bitumen-cement mortar mixer is the only slab perfusion product that was approved by Max Bogel Company at the construction site of high-speed railway from Beijing to Tianjin. With the successful application of SANY's foamless bitumen-cement mortar mixer on railway from Beijing to Tianjin, the foamless bitumen-cement mortar mixer would be applied on high-speed railway of Beijing to Shanghai, Haerbin to Datong, Wuhan to Guangzhou gradually.
