Takeuchi upgrades TB1140 excavator

The Takeuchi TB1140 Series 2 mini excavator, an updated version of the TB1140,features an Eco Work Mode switch to limit maximum engine speed and optimize performance for an up to 15 percent improvement in fuel consumption. High Elevation Mode matches hydraulic performance to available engine power when operating above 6,500 ft.

•DPF/DPD Prohibit Switch allows operator to delay aftertreatment regeneration when working in certain conditions

•Primary circuit has three selectable modes; secondary circuit has a single adjustable mode

•Boom and Arm Holding and Lowering System maintains control of boom and arm in event of a hose failure
•Continuous 20-in.-wide rubber track, 24-in wide triple grouser steel track or 20-in. Road Liner style track
