Quality Changes the World & Faith Builds Sany 72m World Longest Boom Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump Debuts in France INTERMAT Exhibition

Europe, is the cradle of world industrial civilization, and France, is the typical representative of developed industrial countries. On Apr. 20, 2009, in Paris-Nord Villepinte exhibition center, France, the latest 72m boom truck-mounted concrete pump developed by Sany Heavy Industry, with the reputation of "world longest boom truck-mounted concrete pump", will debut nobly in front of the world, enabling the world to share the innovative achievement arising from Sany’s pursuance of human quality summit.

In this exhibition, Sany's booths are located in E5 and E9 outdoor exhibition areas respectively, with the total exhibition area reaching 5,000 m². Six series of Sany pumping machinery, excavating machinery, road construction machinery, pile driving machinery, port machinery, and crawler hoisting machinery, totaling 19 products, will appear in the exhibition.

72m Boom Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump is the Central Showcase of Technological Innovation

The SY5650THB 72 truck-mounted concrete pump that will debut to the world has the unique 5-section boom design, and the longest boom in the world. With up to 230 m³ hourly pumping capacity, it's the world fastest pump in terms of pumping speed. The innovative adoption of 6-axle chassis shortens the length of complete pump to 17.26m, which greatly reduces occupation area, promotes the ground applicability, and meets the construction requirements in narrow space. Meanwhile, the adoption of latest light materials in the pump greatly reduces the weight of pump, especially the weight of the boom, and promotes the construction stability.

In addition to the advantages of long boom and fast pumping speed, 72m boom truck-mounted pump adopts the advanced boom control technology so that the boom is capable of automatic extension and retraction to prevent the man-made mis-operations. When the pump is in operation, the boom motion can be controlled within preset area to optimize the load bearing of boom and cylinder, prolong the boom service life and effectively keep away from the danger area.

"Made-In-China" Advances into Europe

Sany initiated actively the preparations of CE certification in 2005. In May, 2006 Germany TUV Rheinland Group (TUV) issued the CE certificate on 9 models of concrete pumping machinery to Sany Group. Sany concrete pumping products representing the top level in China fully opened the gate towards Europe market. Sany Group is the first enterprise in China who passed the CE certification authenticated by third-party certification organization. HBT60C-1816DIIIC trailer-mounted concrete pump that will appear in this exhibition is the first product that passed the CE certification by third party and acquired the CE certification issued by Germany TUV Rheinland Group.

Afterwards, 11 series of Sany products (approximate 60 models) passed the CE certification in succession. All Sany machinery that will appear in this exhibition passed the CE certification and realized the sales in Europe market, of which all electric units are configured in accordance with CE requirements to fully guarantee the high reliability of electric system and meet the Western 3rd-phase emission standard.

Till now, Sany has established the operating units in more than 100 countries all over the world. In 2007, Sany invested 60 million USD to build manufacture plants in Pune, India and Atlanta, U.S. respectively, taking the first step towards localized manufacture. In January 2009, Sany officially signed the contract for the engineering machinery manufacture base with 100 million Euro in Germany, which became one historic milestone of Sany Group towards the international high-end market. France INTERMAT Exhibition is one of three global grand shows in engineering machinery industry, on a par with Germany BAUMA and U.S. CONEXPO-CON/AGG.
