Durable performance

With its fast Tensor motor and powerful controller, the ergonomically designed Tensor ES tool is ideal for high performance applications. There is no need to set torque parameters – the same Pset can be used regardless of joint characteristics.

Thanks to the integrated TurboTight® strategy, Tensor ES with the Power Focus 600 controller gives you the high speed of pneumatic tools, with the accuracy and control of an electric tool. The system offers improved quality critical assembly, increased productivity, better ergonomics and an overall sustainable process.

User friendly and intuitive

The heart of the system is the Power Focus 600 controller. Its intuitive human-machine interface and brand new configuration concept make it a pleasure to work with.

Error Proofed Tightening

The brain of the system is the Intelligent Application Module (IAM). Its multi-torque capability makes it possible to replace up to 16 conventional tools! Two versions offer different levels of functionality: Joint Control and Station Control. With Station Control, seamless integration with error-proofing modules enables you to extend the tightening operation into a first quality check station.

In 2012 the Tensor ES electric nutrunner received the prestigious red dot award for product design. The Power Focus 6-Series of controllers was awarded a red dot honourable mention.
