An Amazing Show of SCC8300 Crawler Crane in BAUMA Shanghai

SCC8300 is Sany’s first 8 series crawler crane for high-end markets in Europe and America. This crawler crane, under the guidance of an American expert in Sany Science and Technology, is clearly positioned to meet the demand of global market. All key technologies need to be reviewed and commented by customers. Any design that does not meet the requirements of global market will be eliminated.

During their inspection of products in BAUMA exhibition, the top management had a high opinion of various aspects of SCC8300 crawler crane, including the cab with world-leading industrial design, welding by robots, split layout of pipes and wires on the platform, orange-peel finishes, guard rail and footplates that are first used in the design as well as lean production.

It is reported that this crawler crane is designed in full accordance with global transportation standards that the main machine body weighs below 45 tons during transportation, measuring 3.2 meters in height and 3 meter in width. It features fast and convenient self assembling and disassembling function, which allows assembling and disassembling of various parts like booms on a standard trailer so as to facilitate the transportation. Moreover, the crane boasts outstanding operational capability of making the 3 independent movements of rotation, main boom luffing and hoisting at the same time.

This product will also be showcased in CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 held in Las Vegas, the USA in March 2011. What’s more, SCC8100 and SCC8200 crawler crane will also appear in the grand exhibition.
