Recently, Ma Long, deputy manager of Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Branch Company's overseas marketing company for Russia, signed an Overseas Special Service Station Company Agreement with the general manager, Mr. Valery, of a large Russian construction machinery and equipment service company in the Russian capital, Moscow. The signing of this agreement is of great significance as it marks the first step in the Concrete Machinery Branch Company localizing its services in Russia.
Following three years of screening, investigating and negotiating, the Concrete Machinery Branch Company's overseas marketing company finally awarded the contract for the first service station to a local company with more than a decade of experience in after-sale service related to construction machinery and equipment. The company is also responsible for the authorized service stations of major South Korean and French international construction machinery brands in Russia and has dozens of experienced maintenance engineers and maintenance tools and equipment for a wide range of models, and it enjoys an excellent reputation within the construction machinery services industry in the Moscow area.
After the signing, the Russian company's general manager, Mr. Valery, held an in-depth discussion with Ma Long, manager of the branch company, about Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Branch Company's after-sale service and parts supplies. Ma Long told Mr. Valery that this partnership meant that the branch company had finally found a service provider to entrust the maintenance and repair of its dozen or so pumps and other equipment in the Moscow region, thereby eliminating any worries customers might have about buying Zoomlion equipment as well as providing a second line of defense for front-line sales staff. The Concrete Machinery Branch Company also plans to sign two contracts for special service stations in the central and southern regions of Russia as well as Russia's Far East, which will increase the influence of Zoomlion concrete equipment in the Russian market and provide Zoomlion customers with a comprehensive range of services and protection.
