Palfinger North Amercia appoints new vice president

Palfinger North America has appointed a new VP of strategic sourcing. Rich Haberkamp, who was formerly the Palfinger North America strategic buyer based in Iowa, has taken up the new position.

"We look forward to Rich's leadership and guidance in the future as we continue developing our global supplier base and relations," said Michael Berger, managing director of Palfinger North America (PNAG). "Working closely with the best partners in our industry is very important to us as this allows us to offer the best value solutions to our customers."

PNAG was formed following Palfinger's acquisition of MBB Interlift, Omaha Standard, Automated Waste Equipment and Equipment Technology LLC. PNAG said that these new partnerships have given the company total product lines, multiple truck chassis pools and a distribution network that meet the demands of key industries throughout North and Latin America.
