Thank you Letter from Japanese People for Sany's Donation

"On March 24, I watched the news about Sany donating a concrete pump truck to Japan on TV and the equipment had already arrived at Osaka. I was really moved when I knew this. I appreciate your kindness to give us such great support in our difficult times. As an ordinary Japanese, please allow me to express my sincere gratitude to you.”

The above is an excerpt from the thank-you letter sent by a Japanese named TAKEUCHI Yasuo. After Sany’s donation was covered by the media, Sany’s global service mailbox sanyservice@sany.com.cn received a lot of emails from Japanese friends showing their appreciation. 

In Japan, the story that Sany has donated a pump truck worth of 1 million USD has been reported by many local websites, newspapers and magazines, and attracted attention of the masses. The Japanese media calls the pump truck a “large giraffe” or a “big mechanical hand from China”. On Yahoo Japan, (a website whose users cover 90% of netizens in Japan) many Japanese people left messages to express their gratitude: “Thank you, I will remember the name Sany Heavy Industry”, “Thank you, Sany Heavy Industry” and “Thanks for Chinese people’s kindness.” Sany’s Japanese experts are also proud of the enterprise they are working for. The Vice Director of Sany Lean Quality Department, SEKINE Toshikatsu told journalist that he was proud to be a member of Sany Group and would like to say thanks to Sany for its assistance to his motherland.

"The Sany pump truck has built a bridge of friendship between China and Japan. I hope the pump will make its due contribution to Japan’s reconstruction,” said Xiang Wenbo, President of Sany Heavy Industry. “When disaster struck, help comes from all sides.” - The Chinese saying has become a common sense that transcends all borders.
