Mr. Cai Kuiquan takes up XGMA's President

June 23, 2009, XGMA held a press conference to announce that Mr. Cai Kuiquan takes up XGMA's President, who is honored as "a legendary figure leading the development of construction machinery industry in both China and Korea".

Mr. Cai kuiquan is Korean, the former general manager of Daewoo Heavy Industry (Yantai) Co., Ltd. Since 2000, Daewoo excavator has got quick development with a rate of 80% each year under his lead in the successive 5 years. Mr. Cai masters Korea, English,
Japanese, and Chinese with a background in construction machinery industry. He graduated at the Construction Machinery College of Seoul University in 1973, and then joined Daewoo Heavy Industry in 1976. He has been appointed as supervisors of several departments such as Tokyo Division, Export Dept., Overseas Market Exploration & Sales successively. And he took he market exploration work for 20 years in Japan, America, and Europe. In 2002, he got "Copper Tower Industry Medal of Honor of the ROK" issued by President of Korea for his outstanding achievements in the overseas development of the industry.

Mr. Cai's joining in XGMA will certainly immit new vigor in strengthening XGMA's development. We hope that Mr. Cai will create new miracles for China's construction machinery industry on the base of XGMA.
