Kenworth launches new truck T880

Kenworth Truck Company has released a novelty – Kenworth T880 vocational truck, which has replaced the Kenworth T800 and it is its next generation.

This is a vocational huge truck, on which chassis you can mount dump truck, mixer, refuse and heavy hauler.

Releasing of the truck was timed to the 90th anniversary of the Kenworth Truck Company. According to the manufacturer, Kenworth T880 is the highest level of evolution of the concern. A range of know how is behind this load statement applied to this commercial heavy truck.

The cab, that is used on Kenworth T880, was firstly mounted on the Kenworth T680. it is built from the stamped sheets of aluminum, which are fastened with Henrob self-penetrating fasteners. All these things eliminate noise, vibration and corrosion.

Its messages are displayed on a 5-inch high-resolution screen. The popup menu system provides information about the current state of truck, diagnostic data, and makes recommendations to improve engine performance. It also allows you to monitor the work of the HVAC system. The driver can set the desired temperature at a single touch. Kenworth NavPlus infotainment system, apart from the usual options in the form of a music player and navigation, makes it possible to connect the driver`s mobile phone directly to NavPlus via Bluetooth without a headset. After that the phone can be operated by voice commands.
