Year of Delighting Customers—SANY Heavy Industry heartily returns its customers

On March 18^th, 2007, more than 30 technicians of SANY Heavy Industry divided into several groups were going to make a full inspection for the truck-mounted concrete pumps of the customers around China, which also indicted the start of Year of Delighting Customers. 

This time activity aims at products inspection, with the goal of " Delighting customers" to fulfill SANY's service tenet of " Create value for customers". Before involving in the inspection, the technicians had already joined in a 15 days training; they would provide SANY's customers of truck-mounted concrete pump with excellent services in terms of following 5 aspects which including products inspection, products maintenance, products upgrade, operator training, free parts.

The technicians provide value-added service for customers on the spot, More than 20 managing staff of the service headquarters in Changsha established preparation team, executive and technical support team, investigation team, supervision team to guarantee the success of the activity.

It is reported that there are over 2000 sold truck-mounted concrete pumps of SANY around China. This time inspection activity is planed to finish in the end of August.
