Annual Day Celebration in Sany India

March 8th 2011: Sany Heavy industry India Pvt.Ltd. celebrated its Annual Day on March 1st, 2011 at Sayaji Hotel. The distinguished guests, Chairman Mr. Wang Zuochun and Mr. Wu Dongxiang, Head of R & D India, took part in the celebration along with all employees of Sany India.

The celebration started with award ceremony in which Chairman gave a remarkable welcome speech toall employees. In his speech, Mr. Wang Zuochun briefed success stories of Sany India in last financial year and expressed his vision for Sany. Mr. Wu Dongxiang also conveyed his gratitude towards all Sany employees and Mr.Sudarshan Singh (VP of sales/dealers) shared his insightsintoIndia’s market potentials and prospects of Sany’s growth.

In the Award Ceremony, ‘The Best Employee award 2010’ was enormously surprising and cheerful for everyone.Nominees came from different departmentsand finally 16 people were awarded with Best Employee. Ms Leane ( Li Huixuan) from Chairman Office , Mr. Sudarshan Singh , Gavin Li , Hassan Shaikh form Sales/Service & Dealers department, Shripati Chavan from MTD , Rahul Kant Gupta from R&D, Abhay Athavale Finance, Dnyaneshwar Nagpure ( IT) , Mr. Pradeep Patil Project, Mr. Sachin Gaikwad (Lean Quality) Mr. Sharad Dhaigude (Staff) from Concrete MachineryMr. Bandu Jadhav (Worker) Concrete Machinery Mr.Vishal Mokal (Warehouse)Mr.Manoj Toke (Outsourcing)Mr. Anup Bhandari from Commercial (Domestic Purchase)and Rupali Patil from HR & MS.

For good measure,a prize distribution ceremony ‘Sany in my Heart Contest’ and lucky draw curriculum were held, in which prizes started from One Thousand to Thirteen Thousand.

Followingcake cutting and firework ceremony all Chinese and Indian employees gladly talked with each other about Sany’s glorious achievements. They enjoyed the night quite well and involved themselves in dancing which pushedthe evening celebration to the climax.
