"Customer will satisfy once the quality is good". During the interview with the reporter, the word mostly mentioned by Xia Linlin was "Quality". During his approximate 4 years inspection experience, he always insisted on the principle of "Quality is one thing never to be compromised".

Xia Linlin was mainly responsible for the entire equipment inspection of warehouse entrance and factory leave. Being the final inspector of trailing concrete pump, Xia Linlin fully realized the importance of his responsibility. For one trailing concrete pump, there had approximate 100 checking items from appearance and main drive power to related function parameters, for that he was always careful without any negligence. He said, if the final inspection was not guarded properly, the trailing concrete pump with quality problem would directly reach to the customer, which would impair the company image.

Xia Linlin has ever been one out-sourcing inspector and pump truck debugger, of which the special experience enabled him the overall understanding of the functions and system parameters of entire pump truck. The abundant working experience and professional skills enabled him to work with added strength to realize the timely detection of problems such as missing inspection and wrong inspection.

One time, during the inspection on the washing chamber of trailing concrete pump, Xi Linlin found one drop of oil inside the washing chamber. Initially, he deemed it as the excessive oil from the normal lubricating oil and can be wiped away. However, the careful observation indicated that it's the clean hydraulic oil, namely it's definitely the oil leakage at certain portion of the trailing concrete pump. Being astonished, Xia Linlin rapidly looked for the cause by tracking down the clues in the washing chamber. The result indicated that it's the loosened screw inside the left cylinder of the trailing concrete pump that caused the oil leakage of the cylinder. After that, the left cylinder has also attracted the attention of the inspectors, who conducted the emphasis inspection on the left cylinder by means of the "Oil pressurization by spot motion" at each time.

For one period, one strange phenomenon has attracted the attention of Xia Linlin that during the factory leave inspection on the trailing concrete pump proven conformance and intactness at the warehouse entrance, the originally clean installation contact surfaces of the shock absorbers seeped out many oils. The repeated checking excluded the cause of installation. This problem really puzzled Xia Linlin. Therefore, he went to the assembling workshop to observe the unassembled shock absorber parts and found out that this problem was originated form the quality defect of the shock absorber. Due to insufficient density of shock absorber body, the outward leakage of twill fabrics caused the uneven contact surfaces that caused the oil leakage. Therefore, he reported this problem to propel the supplier to improve the quality problem. There had no presence of oil leakage of shock absorber in the sequent above 1 year period.

It's insisting on the principle of "Quality is one thing never to be compromised" that Xia Linlin actively found out and resolved the quality problems at warehouse entrance of products. Within past 1 year, he guaranteed the timely warehouse entrance and delivery of 1,214 trailing concrete pumps and reduced the power-on malfunction rate and initial malfunction rate of the products from 2% and 20% to 1.3% and 19.5% respectively.
