Brilliant Debut of Complete XCMG Concrete Equipment

On November 15, 2011, 2011 China International Concrete Technology & Equipment Expo (Concrete China 2011) was held at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. XCMG made brilliant presence with complete concrete equipment, showcasing its tremendous strength in the concrete machinery industry.
This exposition is the first international professional exhibition of concrete machinery industry in China, which drew wide attention from domestic and overseas professional manufacturers, attracting outstanding concrete machinery manufacturers represented by XCMG as well as a multitude of customers from home and abroad.
At 9 a.m. November 15, a grand opening ceremony was staged. As the only corporate representative among numerous exhibitors, XCMG looked into the outlook of the concrete machinery market, expressing its determination and confidence to speed up the development of the concrete machinery industry and promote industrial progress; at the same time, as a leader of China’s construction machinery industry, XCMG called on its industrial peers to make concerted efforts to boost the manufacturing level of Chinese construction machinery.
At the exposition, XCMG came under the spotlight with a strong lineup. In a nearly-1,000-square-meter indoor field, XCMG’s nine pump, tank and plant units were on show, including 56-m four-axle six-arm concrete pumps, 90 line pumps, 80 trailer-mounted concrete pumps, HPC30 concrete-spray vehicle, 3m3 mixing plant, 9m3 mixer truck, and 12m3 mixer truck, etc. These exhibits displayed not only advanced innovation achievements in the industry, but also the superior technologies and outstanding quality of XCMG’s complete concrete equipment. On the scene, XCMG’s booth attracted wide attention; and its fine exhibitions gained extensive praise from customers and its industrial peers.
This year, guided by the strategy of building a world-class and globalized enterprise with annual sales of 100 billion yuan, XCMG has increased investment in concrete machinery R & D and manufacturing and formed a concrete machinery industry cluster integrating trucks, pumps, plants with tanks. In the R & D field, XCMG has relied on the R & D systems of the national technical center and Jiangsu Xuzhou Construction Machinery Research Institute, given full play to the R & D strength of the professional research institute, and used advanced design means including Pro\e 3D virtual assembly design, ANSYS finite element structure analysis optimization, ADAMS dynamic simulation and kinematic analysis optimization, CAE-Amesim hydraulic system virtual simulation and crawler crane design software to accomplish the technical advancement of products in such aspects as concept framework, module design and experimental testing, thus making products safe, reliable, environment-friendly and advanced.
Currently, the modern manufacturing center with an area of 400 mu and an annual production capacity of 2,200 units (sets) is about to go into operation; the concrete pumping machinery industry base, covering about 675 mu, with an annual production capacity of 3,000 concrete pumps, 600 trailer-mounted concrete pumps, 600 line pumps and 150 concrete-spray vehicle is scheduled to go into production late this year, too. Besides, the mixer truck renovation project with an investment of hundreds of million yuan that relies on XCMG’s advantage in self-made chassis and integrates its heavy-duty truck and mixer truck technologies is progressing in full swing.
