Ruiz promoted to service center manager for Atlas Copco

Graciela Ruiz has been appointed to the position of service center manager for the Atlas Copco Construction Equipment Service Center in San Antonio. In her new role, Ruiz will report directly to Joey Parker, service center operations manager.

In her most recent position, Ruiz served as a Dynapac parts and service sales specialist.  She began her career in the construction and mining field when she joined Dynapac as a sales coordinator in 2003. She has held various positions such as director of human resources, director of aftermarket and parts and service specialist. Since 2010, when Atlas Copco acquired Dynapac, Ruiz also served as product support specialist, parts and service product line manager and product support specialist trainer.
 
She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing degree from Texas A&M University.
 
Ruiz’s new role will include managing the technicians at the San Antonio location and further developing Atlas Copco’s parts and service business in the region.
