Case Construction Equipment Appointed New Dealer in Angola and Brought the Case Rodeo to Africa for the First Time Ever

Case Construction Equipment has appointed TLANGOLA as its official dealer in the Republic of Angola. The new dealership was celebrated with a grand opening day on May 3rd at the Viana Park, near Luanda. For the occasion, the company brought to the African continent its Case Rodeo, the famous competition among the best machine operators in the industry.

Successfully attended by more than 200 invitees, the event gave the perfect opportunity to present the full range of Case equipment to a highly qualified, attentive audience, including media representatives and key-customers from construction, mining and agriculture sectors.

The event was kicked-off by a welcome speech from Abilio Justo, Managing Director of TLANGOLA, followed by a presentation held by Riccardo Balma and Randhir Haripersad, respectively Marketing Manager for Africa and Business Manager for the sub-Equatorial Africa at CNH Industrial Construction Equipment, introducing the new Case’s dealer in Angola. Soon after that, the invitees had the chance to enjoy a live show performed by Steve Beardmore, Case’s official demonstrator, that highlighted the key features of the Case construction equipment range including the 580T tractor loader backhoe, the impressive CX210B and CX290B crawler excavators, the powerful dozers and graders, and the reliable 921F wheel loader.

The Case Rodeo engines powered up in the afternoon when the contestants lined up to confront each other in a series of highly-technical challenges designed to test their skills and to crown the country’s best construction equipment operator.

Live music, dj-set and artists performing traditional Angolan dances provided additional refreshing breaks throughout the day. The Case Rodeo awards ceremony and an informal parting cocktail, attended by all the participants and the operators that took part to the competition, concluded this exciting day.
