Zoomlion Wins Electricity Business Pioneer Award

Editor's Note: The 2014 Internet Conference and Brand Event Awards Ceremony for China's Construction Machinery Industry Association was held in Shanghai on November 24. The ceremony was directed by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association and co-sponsored by HC 360.com and HC Engineering Machinery Network. The 2014 Internet Conference and Brand Event Awards Ceremony for China's Construction Machinery Industry Association (CMIIC) was recently held in Shanghai. Zoomlion's "three-in-one" system solution has unique advantages and competitiveness. First is its customization of aggregate. Original shaping plus graded adjustment technology gives perfect grain shape and excellent grading. The continuous graded gravel and high degree of compactness can not only improve the quality of concrete and dry-mixed mortar, but also save on cement. Moreover, with manufactured sand there is no need for drying, which dramatically reduces dry mortar costs. Second is coordinated production. The product design philosophy behind the Zoomlion H6012-6 tower crane is to be user-friendly, on the basis of standard requirements such as safety, reliability and performance. A series of improvements have been made from the whole to the components, from industrial design aesthetics and ergonomics to automation for higher efficiency, as well as the automated application control system, in order to make it a "milestone" Zoomlion product in the construction crane field. 

The name of the H6012-6 tower crane in Chinese is "Holding up Heaven" and the cab number is "Chasing the Moon", which has broken the industry standard of giving tower cranes uninteresting names. The cab is equipped with a 180-degree folding luxury seat and window air-conditioning, giving the overall design of the tower crane a more pleasing appearance and making it more user-friendly. 

The H6012-6 tower crane frequency-converter slewing thruster brake feature is a first within the industry and ensures a smooth rotation. The three major mechanisms of lifting, luffing and slewing use frequency-converter controls to make the performance more stable and operations more convenient.
