Praise for First Phase of Agent Training in Kazakhstan

The mobile crane division of Zoomlion Hoisting Machinery Branch Company recently completed a popular one-week repairs training course for agents in Kazakhstan.
This is the first time the Hoisting Machinery Branch Company has provided a specialist training course in the Central Asia region. The course was given at acompany in Kazakhstan and mainly covered the areas of crane electronic control systems, upperworks hydraulics, crane dismantling, etc., using the new QY25 Euro IV-standard truck crane as an example. The branch company's professional service engineer for the Central Asia region, Chen Libo, took the training.
September and October are the busiest months for construction in Kazakhstan. During these months agents and workers are extremely busy, and there is an urgent need for training on updated products and technologies. In order to provide efficient training, the Hoisting Machinery Branch Company communicated with the agent's service personnel beforehand to understand the operational and maintenance difficulties they were facing and then designed the question-based training on the information received. The training was divided into theoretical and practical courses. The theoretical course used diagrams and a bilingual PPT presentation to help service staff understand the vital elements of product maintenance. Students were also asked and encouraged to ask questions in order to develop their understanding. The practical course involved students using what they had already learned to diagnose and resolve electrical and hydraulic issues. Finally, students were given an overall score following theoretical and practical exams.
Students exhibited great enthusiasm for the course material, and the learning outcomes were very encouraging, which meant the agent was highlysatisfied with the training. The training course allowed Zoomlion Hoisting Machinery Branch Company to raise the skills of its agent's service personnel to a new level. It also focused the agent's attention on developing the skills of its service personnel, and thus promoting brand marketing through its services.
