The year 2010 plays a crucial part in Sany’s going global strategy, and Sany Group sees the establishment of Sany’s dealership system one of the most important steps to help itself become an international player. In order to have better communication with dealers and jointly explore the local markets, Sany has launched many policies and measures aiming at helping dealers succeed.
Sany always adheres to the “dealer-oriented” development concept. On July 24, 2010, we came up with a new development model named “sales development driven by our high-grade dealers” in the Sany globalization conference presided by our chairman Mr. Liang Wengen.
Therefore, we keep strengthening support to our dealers by establishing long-term cooperative partnership with them and helping a batch of promising dealers to become larger and stronger benchmarking companies in their regions. Meanwhile, in order to guarantee the sustainable and stable implementation of the dealership system and fair competition among dealers in the market, we set up a evaluation and management system for our dealers. To better support our dealers, Sany will also set up assembly workshops, 4S stores and regional spare parts centers worldwide.
In August 2010, Mr. Zong Ji, Deputy General Manager of Sany Overseas, went to the Middle East to visit some of the local dealers as well as potential dealers. He introduced Sany’s dealer management policies and regulations to the dealers and had discussions with them.
