Chinese premier Wen Jiabao on a investigation in SUNWARD

    In the sun, premier Wen was accompanied by SUNWARD president He Qinghua to visit SUNWARD series products such as excavator, rotary drilling rig, forklift, skid steer loader and general aviation products made by Hunan SUNWARD Technology Co. Ltd., and then went into the workshop to visit excavator product line and watch the whole procedure of mini excavator assemblage. President He introduced SUNWARD growth, products performance and state of operation for him. Premier Wen nodded with appreciation when he heard that SUNWARD operating profit in first half of 2010 was doubled than last year, as well as the number of SUNWARD employees has increased more than a quarter than that of the corresponding period of last year.

    When visiting the workshop, premier Wen came to the field operations engineers and chatted with them to know their skills, wage level, living condition and so on. In the front of workshop, he enjoyed the demonstration show of SUNWARD independently innovated products, such as electric excavator, unmanned exploration vehicle and skid steer loader. Those high performances brought a smile on his face.

    Premier Wen gave high praise to SUNWARD harmony culture and achievement made by independent innovation. “What is an independent innovation? You’ll get the answer when you look at these excavators with different models, and when you look at the products made by yourself, which are made by your intelligence.” He smiled to people around, “What does high-end mean? I take the idea that we have products which are not yet owned by others; we have more advanced products than others who have familiar products. We keep climbing upward to be advanced, that’s the high-end.”

    “What is a harmony wage-labor relation? It’s based on the same concept of ideal and striving. Enterprise staff’s wage should be ensured by a system, but more important is by productivity of labor. Without high added-value products, without high productivity of labor, our welfare and wage would lose the foundation. But if we get these three elements prepared, I believe, Chinese enterprises have a bright future.” Premier Wen said with a strong confidence, “I have been in SUNWARD for just a while, but I sensed that from leaders to staff, every SUNWARD member has an idea of striving for strong. You’ll make it if you believe it. This is what can support us for innovating new products, taking up new high position, and developing forward.”
