Encouraged by increasing demand and with the purpose of quickly service in the Europe market, Sunward Equipment Group decided to set up a service & spare parts center to keep its brand awareness and giving more confidence to the Europe customers. This center was set up at the end of 2008, which located at the city of Milan in Italy.

“24” hours available service for Sunward Europe dealers

The Service & Spare Parts Center supplies warranty solution and parts delivering within “24”hours.

In order to satisfy nearly 4000 machines in the Europe market, Sunward Equipment Group put value of spare parts almost 500.000 Euro in stock in the last years. The spare parts covers full product series which sold in Europe market, which also including 100% maintenance and consumed spare parts.

Product technical support for customer

There is another very important responsibility of this center, which is arranging product training course for Europe dealers. Such as presenting product improvements, service instructions, spare parts instruction and so on.
