Zoomlion Wins China Star Enterprise Award

On September 25, the 2014 China Business Top 100 International Capital Forum was held in Kunming. The event, attended by more than 500 entrepreneurs, experts and scholars, involved symposiums on important topics such as "comprehensively deepening reform" and "capital market innovation and development," duringwhich participants held joint discussions on plans for enterprise innovation and for deepening reform.
The 2013 list of Top 500 Chinese Listed Companies announced at the forum was compiled using the same criteria as the China Business Top 100, whereby Chinese businesses (including those in Hong Kong and Macao) listed on global capital markets are ranked based on their total gross profits.
In order to encourage corporate social responsibility, promote a spirit of corporate innovation and establish a model for other enterprises, this year's forum saw awards presented for the Most Profitable and Socially Responsible Enterprise and the Fastest Growing and Most Socially Influential Star Enterprise for the first time. Zoomlion, Yunnan Baiyao, China Railway Group and seven other enterprises won China Star Enterprise awards.
