Zoomlion's Portable Pumps Boost Turkey's Largest Construction Project

Zoomlion's HBT60 Portable Pumps are being used in the construction of a landmark project in Turkey on the country's largest construction site—the Istanbul New International Financial Centre (IIFC). 

The IIFC is a local government project located on the Asian side of Turkey's capital that covers 70 hectares and will include residential, banking, retail, and conference space, as well as large hotels and parks. Investment in the project is estimated at US$ 2.6 billion and the mixed-use commercial district will be built over an area of 4.2 million square meters. The project is expected to use millions of square meters of concrete. 

The project was started in 2013 and is planned for completion in 2016, and it is currently at the foundation building stage. Zoomlion's HBT60 Portable Pumps are part of the concrete equipment being used in the initial stage of the project, which will help to improve the influence of the Zoomlion brand locally. Zoomlion's pumps have a double-pump, double-circuit open hydraulic system with a large displacement main pump.
