QCC is the abbreviation for Quality Control Circle, which is originated from America and carried forward in Japan. Now many countries have applied QCC in a wide area. QCC is a team made up of junior staff, they are self-management. They analyze and solve problems daily occurred by regular meetings, and in this way they are trained and guided. By using the concept of quality control and technology, they present creativity and improvement, eventually products quality will be overall enhanced and staff will realize self development and mutual development.   This July, the management pattern was put into practice in Lonking (Shanghai) Transmission Co.,Ltd. The sections of lathe and grinder take the lead in implementing the pattern. The experienced and technically adept master workers act as the leader of the circles. Each circle starts from quality, productivity, cost, equipment and site to set goals. After a half-year's implementation, the initial results were achieved in each circle, and the product passing rate reached to 92.31%.
