Yuchai displays new achievements of technicians, demonstrates demeanor of industrial workers

On December 7, Yuchai held a centralized exhibition on new achievements of technicians, fully demonstrating the demeanor of industrial workers. Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group, visited the exhibition and noted, Yuchai's industrial workers and technicians are awesome, we should work out a full set of incentive plans that advance with the times, respect and cherish them as we do to engineers and R & D experts, and make Yuchai's technicians and industrial workers the best in the country in few years. 　　

This year's exhibition, held at 4F workshop of Engine Plant 2, involved 29 physical achievements, six skill performances and 28 types of photos. Yuchai's senior management, including Yan Ping, Li Tiansheng, Gu Tangsheng and Wu Qiwei, were present. Yan listened carefully to achievement reports by outstanding technicians, watched their skill demonstrations and viewed innovative achievements on display stands. Skill demonstrations included CNC performance of Heller training machine by Mo Zenghuan; mold pliers performance by Zhang Xuebin; three-coordinate laser mold inspection performance by Chen Junchang; fast and accurate inspection performance by Wu Haidong and introduction to physical achievements in technical innovation of typical projects by Chi Zhaojiu. "You are awesome and have made great contributions to the company," said Yan, thumbing up occasionally while watching the performances.

Yan views technicians' achievements

Before the display stand of Liang Chunwei, an electric engineering expert with Yuchai, Yan said delightedly, "You have been devoted to electric research all your life and made remarkable contributions to corporate development, so I will award you a computer, the best Apple by far. Now, only I use Apple Tablet in the company, I want you to share the same benefit." Liang was grateful to Yan's care. 　

After watching the exhibition, Yan noted, he was emotionally whenever he participated in the activities of the technician association. Technicians sublimed their work passion to research and made technical innovation, thereby creating benefit for the company. More encouragingly, there are more young technicians this year, showing the team is growing constantly. Yuchai's leaders should love the team and valued it strategically; should establish a sound system to guide, encourage and support its growth; should publicize their deeds and formulate regulations on promotion, training and learning, thereby constantly expanding the team and train more capable technicians. 

Chen Jinyuan, chairman of Yuchai Technicians Association, on behalf of Yuchai's 1,000 technicians, determined to shore up the team under Yan's entrustment to repay Yuchai with better results.
