On March 27, the first JOST8030-25U Tower Crane produced by Zoomlion's Construction Hoisting Division left the company's base at Changde, Hunan province, bound for Xiamen. The client placed a single order for five JOST8030-25U cranes, illustrating the strong market potential for this range of product.
The tower crane uses technology designed by Germany's JOST Cranes, and it is Zoomlion's largest JOST product by tonnage. The product's performance parameters and technical specifications are at the forefront of the domestic market. It suffers from few electrical system failures, has a long service life, functions stably and reliably, is safe and easy to operate, and can be installed without difficulty, making it the new star product of the Construction Hoisting Division.
The JOST8030-25U Tower Crane adheres to the principle of "quality first," with a manufacturing process that emphasizes precision. While erecting the crane, heads of the Construction Hoisting Division, Yu Lekang and Zhou Guoqing, personally visited the crane experiment base to inspect the work and gain a detailed understanding of the installation and trial of each component, as well as of the tower crane's operational situation. At the site, it was discovered that the design, technology, manufacturing, and other aspects of 6S required attention, and solutions were developed together with relevant personnel. Eventually, following nearly six months of producing, erecting, and adjusting the product, and having passed Zoomlion's strict quality controls, the JOST8030-25U Tower Crane was delivered to customers.
