Designed by Zagato, ENERGYA concrete mixer gained the"2013 Reddot Global Industry Design Award' recently, which is the top glory in design industry. 

ENERGYA is the world first plug-in Hybrid truck mixer developed by CIFA. It adopts the latest technologies to decrease fuel consumption, pollution and noise. In traditional truck mixers, drum movement is generated by a hydraulic system; but in the ENERGYA it's produced by an electric induction motor that receives energy from a lithium-ion battery. Plug-in hybrid means that the batteries can be charged from both the power grid and through a generator powered by the diesel engine of the truck. ENERGYA is also equipped with KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) the system that permits energy recovery during vehicle deceleration. The innovative principle behind the ENERGYA truck mixer translates into real advantages on the work site or in the concrete plant. Emission and noise reduction make ENERGYA very useful in all areas where high respect for the environment is the first choice.

CIFA is one of the world's top three manufacturers of concrete equipment. The company was acquired by Zoomlion in 2008, and since then Zoomlion has quickly gone on to become one of the world's leading manufacturers of concrete equipment. In 2011, following three years of management and technology accustomization, a carbon-fibre boom pump that integrated the Zoomlion and CIFA brands and their technologies appeared on the market. This was not only a breakthrough in terms of technology and workmanship, but created a new sales growth point for CIFA and Zoomlion. In 2012, the Zoomlion-CIFA Group launched a 101-meter carbon-fibre boom pump that broke various world records, including the record for the longest truck-mounted concrete pump on an ordinary vehicle chassis and the longest carbon-fibre boom pump, both of which remain unbroken.
