No Pains, No Gains

Everyone who knows SANY would say the company is famous for its quality products and services. Naturally these compliments are well deserved for anyone who works for SANY. However, maybe there is a special group of people who have been given less credit to than they deserve. They are not the service engineers who have to be out in the field most of the time; nor the sales people who have to hold business negotiations with customers day in and day out. They are the back stage heroes from the repairs center in Jining, East China’s Shandong Province.

To improve productivity, and get things done for customers in the shortest possible time, the Jining Repairs Center has a very clear division of job. The workshop is hot and steamy; the work is physically taxing; they need to crawl or lay under the narrow spaces under the vehicles for a long time for each task. The oil stained clothes are soaked with sweat. None of them complained. They served the customers with warmth.

August 1, 2013 was the hottest day in the city. A vehicle was delivered to the center for repairs. Yuehui Cui and Chuandong Liu, two supervisors in the center decided that dozens of spare parts needed to be replaced. They informed the customer of the situation and finished the mission in one day. When told to come and get their vehicle, the customer was stunned by the efficiency. When the engineers started the equipment in front of the customer, he was deeply impressed by their skills.

They have all made sacrifices to work here. They have to leave their parents and friends behind and be stationed in province thousands of miles away from Hunan Province, their home town. They hold only one dream: Becoming an outstanding repairs engineer of SANY’s. After work, they would go shopping in clusters, still wearing their work uniform. Because in the mind of SANY’s employees, work uniforms are the best looking.

They are heroes who have been adding to the fame and glory of SANY’s services.
