Zoomlion Pump Truck Becomes Pump Truck with Longest Boom in Azerbaijan

Zoomlion's 52-meter concrete pump truck is currently being used in the construction of Azerbaijan's New City project. The project, which has been nicknamed "little Dubai," is Azerbaijan's largest commercial building contract. To carry out the work, the client bought a complete set of equipment from Zoomlion, including concrete machinery, earthmoving machinery, and mobile cranes. During the project, Zoomlion's 52-meter pump truck made its first appearance in Azerbaijan, and it is currently the pump truck with the longest boom in the country.

Zoomlion's 52-meter boom pump truck arrived in Azerbaijan in December 2013, when the local climate was extremely cold. As the first Zoomlion pump truck to arrive in Azerbaijan, its delivery held special significance.  The large pump truck uses intelligent bionic 6RZ patented technology, high-efficiency displacement, and intelligent temperature control. Through the scientific matching of the pumping system, boom length, and chassis, its maximum pumping capacity can reach 200m³/h, which is suited to the engineering requirements of such a large space. In a variety of complex domestic and international site conditions, technology including multi-arm composite motion control, full journey control, and unilateral leg synchronization, has greatly improved pumping efficiency and been well received by customers. 

Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Company's Middle East team attached great importance to the delivery and training for this piece of equipment, and a professional after-sales service engineer was sent to provide the customer with hands-on training and to service the equipment. The customer quickly mastered how to operate the high-performance long boom pump truck and successfully pumped 2,000 m³ of concrete in one go on that same day. The pumping efficiency at the site was overwhelmingly superior to rival pump trucks. The customer's operator gave a thumbs-up to the equipment and engineer, and said, "This is the most stable and fastest concrete pumping truck I have used!"
