Zoomlion Milestones in Year 2013

● On January 4, the world's first flexible truck-mounted concrete pump boom weldingline came into use at Zoomlion Lugu Industrial Park. The line represents thehighest level of truck-mounted concrete pump manufacturing processes in theworld.

● On January 8, China'sfirst 16t leak-free compression refuse collector-ZLJ5169ZYSDE4 independentlydeveloped and manufactured by Zoomlion rolled offline. The product is largestof its kind in China.

● On January 18, Chairman Zhan Chunxin won "2012 China Quality Award(Individual)".

● On January 20, Chairman Zhan Chunxin was ranked among "2012 China'sTop 10 Entrepreneurs".

● On February 1, Zoomlion was listed among "2012 China's 50 Most CompetitiveExport Enterprises" by the Ministry of Commerce and International BusinessDaily.

● On February 27, Chairman Zhan Chunxin was elected as a deputy to the 12th NationalPeople's Congress.

● On February 27, Zoomlion's first 7S store opened in Xiamen, China.

● On December 20, Zoomlion acquired M-TEC, the world's No. 1 dry-mixed mortarequipment brand.

● On December 20, Zoomlion's project of "Localization and Molding EfficiencyEnhancement of Oval Jibs of Large-Tonnage Wheeled Cranes" won the secondprize for "National Outstanding Technical Innovation Achievements ofWorkers".

● On December 28, Zoomlion signed an agreement with Bishan County, Chongqing. Underthe agreement, Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery Industrial Park will settle inChongqing Bishan Industrial Park.
