Zoomlion Equipment Debuts at CTT Moscow 2014-Exploring the Market by Discerning Its Demand

Zoomlion is attending this year's exhibition together with its subsidiary CIFA. The 12 products that are being exhibited at this CTT have been carefully prepared, and they are specifically aimed at the technological requirements for the Russian market. All the chassis equipped by these products meet the Euro IV emission standard, and all vehicles have OTTC certification. These exhibits highlight Zoomlion's world-class technical capabilities, but also reflect the company's understanding of Russian market demands and the importance of overseas markets. 

As the leading construction machinery manufacturer in China, Zoomlion first entered the Russian market in 2006. Thanks to its high-quality products and after-sales service, Zoomlion has become a key high-tech equipment developer and manufacturer popular with contractors in the CIS region involved in key infrastructure projects, including construction, energy, environmental, and transport engineering. In 2013, Zoomlion's sales in Russia exceeded US$ 80 million. 

The products being displayed by Zoomlion at the exhibition have some unique features. In terms of technology, they reflect the integration of technological innovations since Zoomlion acquired Italy's CIFA and Jost of Germany. In terms of models, they reflect the preferences and requirements of the Russian market: 38X-5RZ Truck-Mounted Pump uses components from the world's leading brands, while the entire vehicle's system runs efficiently and steadily, and the five-section boom allows for a wide work range under complex working conditions; 9JBSX Truck-Mounted Mixer uses mixing drum technology, T-shaped blade abrasion-resistant protective technology, and an ultra-large capacity low-incline design from CIFA to fundamentally eliminate the problem of concrete disintegration, and it has a 30% faster feeding and discharging speed and a discharging residual ratio of ≤0.7%; TC6016A-8 Tower Crane, which is making its first physical appearance at this CTT, is one of the most in-demand tonnages and models in the Russian market, and it is also one of the biggest selling tower cranes in Russia; QY55V542 Truck Crane is a new product making its debut at the exhibition, and it is a second-generation product based on improvements to its predecessor, QY50V532, which was a best-selling model in Russia; RT55 Rough Terrain Crane has a strong off-road performance, work adaptability and front-end lifting capacity, and this rough terrain crane has proved popular in Russia in recent years with a good sales performance; ZD160-3, ZD220-3, and ZD320-3 bulldozers were specially designed and developed with the Russian market in mind, and they are popular models that can be used for a variety of civil engineering, municipal construction, road building, and mining projects; ZE360E Excavator has been well received in eastern Russia, with a large number of them being used in the construction of the Khabarovsk-Vladivostok highway. 

He noted, "In order to better serve customers around the world and use the localization approach to promote international development, this year Zoomlion will further optimize the layout of its overseas platforms, strengthen information sharing and resource integration, and accelerate construction of manufacturing bases in Russia and elsewhere. We will gradually build a system of overseas trade platforms, a system for supplying spare parts, and logistics system, and improve our system of international operations. We will also accelerate construction of a service network and building a team of service engineers, and improve our overseas service capabilities and speed of response."
