Under the leadership of service manager Qin Haiyan, Zoomlion Overseas Branch Company's regional services team in Central Asia recently held its 2014 service management training for an independent Mongolian dealer of Zoomlion tower cranes in the Mongolian capital, Ulan Bator.
The course included training on overall dealer policies and Zoomlion overseas service policies and management systems, as well as dealer service systems. It also included training on the processes for advertising the services of Zoomlion dealers based on actual tower crane services, completing related reports and sales skills.
The company has almost finished construction and is about to put into operation its 4S store in Ulan Bator, so both sides actively and comprehensively discussed the store's functions, human resources and training, repair shop equipment and storefront VI design. After the service training, Zoomlion's business representative, Zhang Guangqi carried out a detailed analysis of and answered questions on technical problems the dealer may encounter. Xu Peng, a construction crane service engineer, also provided training to the dealer's mechanics on machine equipment operations and basic maintenance skills.
The training is another key annual event in the important Central Asian market of Mongolia, following on the back of a product promotion by the overseas company for Mongolian tower crane customers and a tower crane service promotion in 2014. The dealer was full of praise for the training, with sales manager Amga saying, "The Mongolian market for tower cranes is on an upswing, and the service skills of agents are in need of improvement. The training not only gave us a better understanding of Zoomlion's overseas operating mechanisms, it also provided some excellent suggestions for the official opening of our 4S store next year, making it a timely event!" Finally, Amga expressed sincere thanks on behalf of his company to the entire training team and Zoomlion for their support.
To continue improving the dealer's services after the training, the Overseas Branch Company signed a Spare Parts Support Agreement and Service Memorandum with the dealer, stating that Zoomlion Overseas Branch Company will provide the dealer with spare parts, personnel and training support.
