Shantui awarded "Customer Satisfaction Enterprise" for the 8th time

December 7~10, Construction Machinery Branch of China Association for Quality, China Construction Machinery User Committee, and China Construction Machinery Industry Association held the “Advanced Quality Methods Exchange Conference” at Nanning city of Guangxi Province. And the survey results of customer satisfaction on the hoisting machinery and earthmoving products and services are released at the meeting.

Shantui bulldozer won top honors in terms of quality and services with the title of “Customer Satisfied Products” and Shantui was also awarded “Customer Satisfied Service Enterprise” and the medal of “successive 8th Customer Satisfaction in product quality survey” (1987-2010).

The award is the top honor issued by the construction machinery user committee of China Association for Quality, and altogether 6 enterprises won the award in China’s construction machinery manufacturing industry.
