Third Shantui International Dealer Meeting

Recently, Shantui International Dealer Meeting in the theme of “Common Vision, and Common Responsibility” was held at Shanghai. Board Chairman Zhang Xiuwen, Acting General Manager Wang Fei, Vice General Manager Li Dianhe, and Vice General Manager Wang Wenchao attended the meeting and Cheng Zhaohong from the Imp. & Exp. Company presided the meeting. More than 50 dealer representatives from over 30 countries attended the meeting, and excellent dealers were presented medals and prizes at the meeting.

Mr. Zhang Xiuwen said at the meeting that “30 years of development of Shantui is also the period that Shantui strives and makes progresses with partners. It is the precondition of smooth development to balance the competition of different stages and different roles. And only if we have the “common vision and common responsibility, we will trust each other and make win-win together…At present, Shantui keeps the lead in China bulldozer industry, and the market share has been over 60% for successive years. Shantui also has established certain fame and influence in global markets. We are developing new product business, the road machinery business has edged into the top 3 in domestic market, and the newly-started concrete business has grown by 497% in sales income in just one year…”

Acting General Manager Wang Fei made a speech entitled of “Consolidate the foundation and set up goals”. He said that “During January to October, the export of bulldozer, rollers, etc. has gained leap development. Meanwhile, the construction of overseas branches of Shantui also gets rapid development. We have set up the South Africa Branch, Moscow Branch, and the Brazil Branch is under construction. Shantui will utilize these overseas platforms to provide more services and support for each dealer in terms of business, technical service, and parts supply. At the same time we will invest more in product research and development and provide more support for parts supply and for the services of overseas dealers, build more overseas branches and invest more in brand publicity.”

At the meeting, Vice General Manager Jiang Honggang and the Assistant of General Manager Tong Li respectively introduced the overseas service support and new products. General Manager of Shantui South Africa Brach, Dylan Chicken made detailed introduction on the current condition and future aims of the company. Dealer representatives from Russia, Indonesia, Togo, Brazil, and Peru also proposed reasonable suggestions on Shantui’s development and they all showed great confidence in the cooperation with Shantui”

At present, Shantui products have been distributed to over 120 countries in the world. Shantui has set up branch companies or offices at Dubai, South Africa, Russia, Cuba, Singapore, and America. In 2011, Shantui will continue to establish branch companies or offices in Brazil, India, Egypt, Mexico, and Venezuela to strengthen the capability in overseas market exploration; to set up new plants in foreign countries and improve the competitive capability of Shantui products. The year 2011 will be a historical opportunity for China enterprise to promote their overseas strategy, and Shantui is confident in taking the opportunity to increase overseas sales and achieve the aim of “3510”.
