Zoomlion Donated 1 Million RMB for the Fifth Time

16th July, "Love Changes Destiny" Charity Supporting Student Action in 2007 opening ceremony hold in Hunan First Normal College. Zoomlion donated 1 million RMB for the fifth time. Wang Keying, Chairman of Hunan Charity Federation, Pang Daomu and Yang Taibo, the governor in the province, Long Guojiang, vice chairman of Provincial Political Consulting Commission and vice chairman of Changsha Construction Machinery Research Institute, Gao Tong, vice secretary of Zoomlion CPP Committee, did participate this ceremony.

As the first representative of corporations making speech, Gao Tong said: As the founder, we are glad to see the influence of the action expanding, more and more corporations and individuals come to donate, and more and more students have being helped. Through this charity action, we found, even the corporation's giving is limited, the response from the society is numerous.

"Love Changes Destiny" Charity Supporting Student action is founded by Hunan ETV, Hunan Charity Federation, Zoomlion and other organizations, aimed at help poor and self-developed freshman to college, to realize their dream, to change their destiny. This action started in 2003, had raised 38.58 million RMB, helped 4000 poor students to the college. For 4 years, Zoomlion had donated 4 million RMB totally, directly supported 280 poor freshmen, more than that, over 260 students have got "Zoomlion Self-development Scholarship". Because of this, Zoomlion was awarded "China Charity Outstanding Dedication Prize".

On site, 20 advanced poor college students delegates draw "Love Changes Destiny" 2007 Zoomlion Self Development Scholarship. Leaders from Hunan, Changsha and Zoomlion award their prizes. Zoomlion will pass this love torch forever, to achieve the goal of 10 million RMB supporting students by Zoomlion, 1000 students supported by Zoomlion.
