Komatsu (President & CEO: Kunio Noji) was recognized as one of a group of companies which the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) selected as responding to "ESG"(Environmental, Social and Governance) issues.
The TSE believes that companies appropriately considering and responding to ESG issues coupled with investors investing in such companies will contribute to the solution and improvement of environmental and social issues, as well as developing a sound capital market.
