ZOOMLION Releases Semi-annual Report 2009

August 7^th, Zoomlion releases semi-annual report in 2009, informed the relevant circumstances during the first half year 2009.

Under the international financial crisis and global economic downturn, ZOOMLION break through difficulties and seize the opportunity.

From January to June, ZOOMLION achieved operating income of 9.267 billion yuan, up 49.08 percent, and a net profit of 1.085 billion Yuan, with an increase of 20.22%; 0.7132 Yuan per share, with an increase of 20.23%. And the sales of concrete and mobile crane leading machineries, were up to 62.01 percent and 16.73 percent; and overseas revenues 1.255 billion Yuan, with an increase of 23.27%.

ZOOMLION has two main operating highlights during the first half of this year:

First is to emphasize on major project and strive to raise the market share.

And the second is to lower costs and enhance profit margins.
