The recruitment and thesis opening report ceremony of Second group of post-doctorate

 Recently, the recruitment and thesis opening report ceremony of the second group of post-doctorate was held at Shantui Headquarters. Leaders from Personnel Department of Shandong province, Personnel Department of Jining City, Jining Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Management Committee of Jining Hi-tech Zone and experts from Shandong University, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Tongji University, Jilin University, Tianjin University, Chang’an University, as well as Technical Supervisor of Shantui, Mr. Xu Gang attended the ceremony.

Mr. Xu Gang introduced the current condition of production and management and the strategic plan. He hoped that the doctors and the post-doctorate team will work hard at the research work and develop high-end bulldozer products with superior performance and more reliable quality to fill the gap in domestic market. The experts made a heat discussion on the project in terms of the necessity, innovative points, and research path and methods, the schedule and anticipatd aims.

Dr. Chen Xiusheng and Dr. Zhao Yong analyzed the feasibility of the project and proposed their own research methods and technical solutions.

The successful opening of post-doctorate research thesis is in accordance with Shantui’s strategy of strengthening enterprise by talent, which marks a new stage of Shantui’s research level and innovation ability.
